Who we are
Nota is made by Milleuno Co., Ltd. (주식회사 밀레우노), a company registered in Korea that builds small, free reference tools for beauty and fragrance brands crossing borders. It is made by people who spent more than ten years with Gulf fragrance houses and now live and work in Korea.
What we are not: a notifier, an importer, a laboratory, a law firm, or part of NPRA or the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Nobody here can file in Quest for you.
The name: “nota” is the word Malay, Italian and Latin share for a note, and the Notification Note is the one document the whole process aims at.
