Not built and not for sale. If enough brands write to us, it becomes a download of editable templates. It would never be a notification service: only your Malaysian notifier can file.
What it would hold
- Authorisation and declaration letters
- A Letter of Authorisation and a Letter of Declaration, each with the product and brand list the guideline asks for (Glossary; Annex I part 4 section H).
- Contract-manufacturing letter
- Appointment and acceptance letters between brand owner and factory, naming each side’s role.
- Formula sheet for Quest
- INCI, function and percentage columns, with the Annex III to VII substances marked for a mandatory percentage (Annex I part 4 step 10).
- Label brief
- Every item from the label sheet, laid out as a brief for your printer, with the date order and the animal-origin line.
- Wording log
- The word-screen result for each product and the evidence file behind each number on the pack.
- PIF index
- The four parts of the Product Information File as a checklist your factory can fill (Annex I part 13).
